Smao is a passionate DJ with the goal of transforming each set into a spontaneous and unique musical experience. Proud of his Moroccan roots and, by extension, his African heritage, Smao draws inspiration from a wide range of musical styles, from Gnawa to Nigerian Afrobeat, Amapiano, and tribal chants, which he reinterprets through energetic electronic beats. A pianist from the age of 5 and a drummer by 10, he discovered music production and the electronic scene at 20, where he gradually found his place.
